The room furniture and wall a bit old. Price okay for traveller. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The WIFI is fast.

I have been a guest here for some time and I am very shocked to discover that there are no more eggs served for breakfast! The standard of breakfast has dropped and it was previously one of the reasons we stay here. The rate are not competitive as other hotels are now cheaper and offer better value. Please don’t deliver less and less value to the frequent guest.

The hotel at check-in was well greeted with friendly and warm welcome, even at the desk, was just him alone busy with calls, and check in my room, he still came out to pour me a glass of drink and serves me hot towel to wipe my hands, this my third time here, but I never saw a guy like him can multitask all by himself, he is certain the manager of bliss, though he denys and claim to be assistant trainee. Keep up the good work kid.

Hotel carino, pulizia media personale disponibile. In fase di check in a hanno offerto una sistemazione in suite nonostante la nostra prenotazione in camera da 4.

Located right in the middle of city center, Bliss Boutique Hotel consists of 47 guest room with individual themes making them all look attractive and chic in every manner. The rooms are beautifully decorated with all the necessary modern day amenities like mini bar, espresso maker, flat screen TV and more.

Booked a family consists of 2 queen bed. Checked in then realized there is no window in the room. Shifted to a boutique room in the first night thou the rate is cheeper than family room 2nd & 3rd night got another complimentary boutique room offered by the Guest Relation, Ms Rani. Thanks. Staff & house keeping Mak Cik are very helpful to give extra pillows & blankets.

We have a stay in Bliss Boutique Hotel scheduled for April 18 to 20, 2014. We are not even there yet but I can already say they have excellent customer service. Nurain has been very helpful in determining what combination is best for our large family of nine accommodating changes in dates and giving information about Legoland/estimated cab fares/trip duration. We are really looking forward to our stay!
